These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mt Olive Dairies website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders
Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once we acknowledge it — placing an order does not guarantee stock availability at the listed price.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES) and may change without notice. A delivery fee of Ksh 200 applies unless stated otherwise. We currently accept Cash on Delivery and manual M-Pesa payment; card and STK Push payments are planned for a future release.
3. Delivery
Most orders within covered areas arrive within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or stock availability. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable dairy products on delivery.
4. Cancellations & changes
You may request a cancellation or change via WhatsApp before an order enters preparation. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Returns & quality issues
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once delivered. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and nutrition information are accurate, but slight variations in packaging or nutrition values may occur.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt to disrupt our services (including automated scraping or attacks on our checkout system).
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Mt Olive Dairies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery, stock unavailability, or use of our website.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
