- Order details — name, phone number, email, delivery address/county, and items ordered, collected at checkout to fulfil your order.
- Communications — messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or phone for order support.
- Usage data — pages viewed, device/browser type, and approximate location, collected automatically via Google Analytics to help us improve the site.
2. How we use your information
- To process and deliver your dairy orders.
- To confirm orders and coordinate delivery via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- To respond to customer support requests.
- To understand site traffic and improve products, pricing, and content.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our ordering system.
3. Payments
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and manual M-Pesa payments. We do not store M-Pesa PINs or card numbers — payment confirmation is handled manually via M-Pesa message/paybill reference shared with our team.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited order details with delivery riders/partners solely to fulfil your order, and with service providers (e.g. hosting, database, analytics) who help us operate the site under confidentiality obligations.
5. Data retention
We retain order and customer records for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
